I'm currently on the hunt for a permanent apartment, it sucks! I know I'll find something though.
So far I love the city! It's so cute, with lots of history and amazing architecture. People are very friendly here and there is always stuff going on, block parties, farmers markets, street fairs, stoop parties (people hanging out on their stoops in front of the buildings).
Yesterday I met with a new potential roommate and she took me on a walk through the neighborhood. We sat in front of the 1st bank ever in America. Then in front of the second bank ever in America. It was amazing! I will definitely wonder back there and take pictures for the blog. There are also these really cute historic pedestrian blocks that look like rows of hobbit houses. There seem to always be tours going on there so I have not taken any pics yet but I will soon!

The entry to the apartment and the "welcome home sign" the tenants that I'm subletting from left me! They have been soo sweet and welcoming, I'm very lucky!
