Seimears Garden

Don't look too close, I haven't had a chance to weed in a couple days. Everything is doing great. We are waiting til June for the cucumbers, watermelons and squash. So far we have tomatoes, snow and snap peas, carrots, lettuce, spinach, onions, and okra. It's been lot of fun for both of us. I love weeding, Caleb likes watering and he loves getting up in the morning and defending against any varmints with his air rifle.

Two tables to one

I bought an old picnic table and a enamel kitchen table top at an auction that Tammy and I went to last summer in Wichita.  The base was the only thing worth saving on the picnic table and the enamel table top needed a base.  Soooo today Dad, Tammy, Debbie and I built the coolest picnic table.  It is so much better than the photo shows.

These are the posts that Dad, Tam, Deb, Mom and I moved from Aunt Cynthia's last Sunday.  Took about 5 hours to dig them out. Mason and Charles spent a couple more hours digging holes and "planting"them on the berm in front of Lake Cedric today.  The gate between is from the fence that used to stand around the house when Minnie and Charlie lived here.  We found it in the pig shed.
